After nearly a decade as an educator, I now help organizations turn complex information into effective, self-paced learning experiences that support employee growth and drive real business results. My work is rooted in learning science and shaped by years of hands-on experience designing instruction that sticks.

I specialize in creating eLearning and digital training that’s concise, visually clean, and learner-focused. I'm especially interested in freelance opportunities and enjoy collaborating with teams that value thoughtful, strategic training design.
